Tundra Tumble

The product of my first ever game jam; an event where people come together to make a game completely from scratch within a 48 hour time limit. We were prompted to make a game based on the word "textural", our team decided on a unique approach, implementing texture not in the game itself, but how the players interact with the game. Inspired by a recent snowstorm that hit during the event, I thought to make the game's story about a small boy who tripped down a snowy mountainside, and must slide to avoid obstacles as he tumbles towards the bottom.

I was in charge of all the art, assets, and visual style of the game. My teammates Gabe Asay and Will Lawrence were in charge of programming and UI respectively. Play it now on itch.io!
